Jet Lag roll of shame July

This month’s award goes to General David Patraeus (US military head in Afghanistan)

– found to be slumping on the job, see my previous post to get the full picture. The military are normally hot on fitness and hydration is one of those things you’d think they wouldn’t take for granted. Not so Gen Patraeus, jet lag and dehydration are not ways to distinguish oneself in the line of duty – also see the previous article for information about a new water product that provides super hydration.
